btv99 Responsible Gaming — Safe and Enjoyable Gaming
btv99 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress. Our responsible gaming policy is committed to keeping you in control while providing an enjoyable experience.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, but it can sometimes become a habit that leads to financial or mental health problems. That is why btv99 places the wellbeing and safety of every player as its highest priority.
Gaming should never be used as a source of income. Every game and every bet is for entertainment only. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. Responsible gaming at btv99 is a right of all our members.
btv99's responsible gaming policy applies to all members in Bangladesh. We believe that with the right information, the right tools, and the right mindset, gaming can be a positive experience. That is why we have put in place various protective measures on our platform to help you enjoy yourself while staying within your limits.
Remember — gaming is entirely optional and should always be fun. If you ever feel it is having a negative effect on your daily life, relationships, or financial situation, seek help without delay. Our 24/7 support team is always here for you.
Our Protective Measures
The key features and tools we provide to ensure responsible gaming on the btv99 platform.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can exclude yourself from your account for a set period of time. Contact our support team to use this feature.
Deposit Limit Setting
Set a limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit take 24 hours to come into effect.
Time-Out Break
Take a time-out for 24 hours, 72 hours, or 30 days. During this period your account will be temporarily inactive. You will only be able to log in once the time-out period has ended.
Bet Limit Control
Decide for yourself the maximum amount you will wager in a single session or over a set period of time. This keeps your budget protected and reduces the risk of excessive losses.
24/7 Support Service
For any concern or issue related to gaming, our Bangla-speaking support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Contact us via live chat.
Account Verification
We verify the age and identity of every new account to ensure no one under 18 can use the platform. The minimum age to play at btv99 is 21.

If any of the following signs are present in you or someone close to you, it is time to seek help.
- Returning to gaming repeatedly to try to win back lost money (chasing losses)
- Wanting to stop gaming but being unable to do so
- Lying to family or friends about gaming
- Struggling to pay bills or cover daily expenses because of gaming
- Taking out loans or borrowing money from others to fund gaming
- Feeling restless, irritable, or mentally uncomfortable when unable to game
- Continuing to game while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Needing to bet larger amounts than before to get the same level of excitement
If even one of the signs above applies to you, do not wait — contact our 24/7 live chat support. Everything you share will be kept completely confidential. Asking for help is not a weakness — it is a sign of courage.
Practical Ways to Keep Yourself Safe
Follow these tips to enjoy gaming responsibly at btv99.
Set a Budget
Before each session, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. Only set aside an amount whose loss will not cause problems for your household.
Manage Your Time
Set a fixed time limit before you start gaming. Set an alarm or timer and end the session when time is up.
Take a Break
Take regular breaks instead of playing for long stretches at a time. A break of at least 10 to 15 minutes every hour keeps gaming enjoyable.
Stay Substance-Free
Do not game under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. It impairs your judgment and increases the risk of excessive betting.
Healthy Gaming Mindset
- Think of gaming as entertainment, not a source of income
- Only play with extra money you can afford to be without
- The chance of winning is always random — there are no guarantees
- Do not increase your bets to try to recover losses
- After a win, resist the urge and stay within your budget
- Talk openly with family and friends about gaming

The minimum age to participate at btv99 is 21. We take every precaution to protect minors. Age verification at registration is mandatory. If you suspect a minor is using an account, please contact us.
